Here’s what we know. The Taco Boy on Huger Street is going to kick ass. I drove by the space today and saw crews furiously working on finishing touches. The outdoor patio is huge and looks like it won’t have any trouble becoming the premier place for enjoying margaritas downtown. The building itself is big and all green; can’t wait to see what they’ve got going on inside. Karalee Nielsen and Tim Mink, co-owners of Rev Foods, are shooting for a Tuesday, May 26 opening and will keep daily hours of 11 a.m.-2 a.m.
We’ll be reporting back with details as soon as we get a tour of the new space.
