The Peninsula Grill welcomes summer with their new “Endless Summer” cocktail. In a toast to the summer solstice — that rare day of seemingly everlasting sunshine — the people behind the scenes over at Peninsula Grill have whipped up a new concoction made from one part Bacardi Silver, one part fresh squeezed watermelon juice, a few tablespoons of lemon juice and syrup, and a splash of Sprite. To top it off the bartender will place a watermelon wedge and basil leaf garnish for an extra summery appeal. Sounds delightful.
