Executive Chef John Ondo of Lana Restaurant and Bar told us about some delicious new additions they’ve made to their menu recently. In an effort to make the most of the Lowcountry’s summer bounty, Lana is introducing items such as a fritto misto of shrimp, squash, zucchini, and fennel with a roasted pepper vinaigrette. If your mouth isn’t already watering you might like their arugula salad with prosciutto, melon, goat cheese, pistachios and port vinaigrette. Their other additions feature red snapper, tomatoes, and other summer fare. To wash it all down, Lana is also doing happy hour nightly from 5-7 p.m. For a lighter meal, check out their tapas menu which is full of affordable and appetizing treats.
