The Politico’s Ben Smith points out that the new GOP ad, “I”m a Republican” includes a couple of guys, with one lisping, “So am I.” There’s talk later in the ad about “moral values.” but there’s no mention of defending marriage.
That said, it gets a little awkward in the middle when they’re talking about “equal rights and equal opportunity for all” followed quickly by the qualifiers race, age, and gender.
It should probably also be noted that there may be two people in this entire ad under the age of 30.
