Just a thought about the “public option” Why is everyone so worried it will put insurance companies out of business? Has there Ever been a government program that didn’t cost at least double what the private sector can do the same thing for? Do we realize just how much profit insurance companies are making if they think they can’t compete with a public option? And, how steadfastly they refuse to budge just shows us how long they have been “slippin it to the man”!
This country was founded on the premise of having a choice in life. Let’s get on with it.
