Veteran acoustic singer/songwriter and guitarist Jack Williams dazzled his audience with a heartfelt set of folk songs last December at the cozy Gage Hall (charlestonuu.org). A South Carolina native now based in Arkansas, he returns for another performance at Gage Hall on Thurs. Jan. 7 at 7 p.m.
"I’m a singer/songwriter of the South," says Williams. "It’s not hard to define my own style; it’s impossible."
Williams’ latest album Don’t Let Go is a "tribute" album of various renditions.
