Embracing this brisk season, Fish Restaurant has revamped its dinner menu. Executive Chef Nico Romo has updated his offerings to include dishes that highlight winter’s flavors and include the best ingredients he can find. Expect new entrées like roasted golden trout with potato, zucchini, and butternut squash quiche along with a brown butter almandine sauce, and the open-face croque madame, which combines duck confit, emmental cheese, and caramelized onions and tops them with a fried egg. Also making a return is butternut squash soup.
