Chef/owner Matt Bolus confirms that he closed his Johns Island restaurant Red Sky two weeks ago.

He’s tight-lipped about the reasons why, but says that he’s teaching at the Art Institute, working with jimihatt at Guerrilla Cuisine on a cookbook project, and exploring other opportunities.
