A few months back, Chef Todd Garrigan left his post at Southend Brewery to start up the new Amen Street Fish & Raw Bar, and Southend recently named his replacement: Chef Gregory Tatis.

A New York native, Tatis has spent the last few months getting to know the inner workings of Southend as well as crafting a new menu. Before that, Tatis was honing his culinary prowess in New Orleans. He worked under the award-winning Chef Paul Prudhomme, Louisiana’s Cajun pioneer. Tatis has added some N’awlins soul and spice to the Southend menu with a dash of New York flair for good measure.
