His James Beard medal has hardly found a permanent space in the awards case, and McCrady’s Sean Brock is already much in demand.
In June, he’ll be heading to Blackberry Farm in Tennessee for a special farm-to-table event (A Brock Party) with Michel Chapoutier of M. Chapoutier Wines in Hermitage, France.
And then in September, he’ll be part of the Outstanding in the Field 2010 Farm Tour, hosting a wine dinner at Thornhill Farm in McClellanville with farmer Maria Baldwin. Tickets for those can be purchased online at outstandinginthefield.com. They’re $180 per person.
