Get out your red lipstick, studs, and lederhosen — Die Roten Punkte opens today, and City Paper is hosting a costume contest in their honor. Prizes will be awarded for best punk rock attire. There will also be specials on German beer, Rumplemintz, and food, and if you show your ticket to the night’s show, you’ll get 10 percent off your meal. The party kicks off at 8 p.m. at Vickery’s, which is nearly across the street from the Memminger. Head back over afterward for a chance to meet Astrid and Otto in person!
