The City of Charleston Office of Cultural Affairs recently released a schedule of highlights for the 2010 MOJA Arts Festival. This year’s African-American and Caribbean Arts festival will take place Sept. 23-Oct. 3.
The biggest news is that the Finale Concert on Oct. 2 will feature Patti LaBelle and Boyz II Men. Carlie Town Productions presents De Diary Frum de Neck Gullah/Geechee Matriarch: Dis Ya Da Crab Crack. In addition, there will be spoken word events, gospel and classical concerts, and a performance from Cleo Robinson Dance Company.

Stay posted to for more details. Tickets for the finale concert go on sale June 25, and for the rest of the festival July 15.
