Once a month throughout the summer and into the fall, the Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission will host their Movies at the Mt. Pleasant Pier, held on the great lawn of the Memorial Waterfront Park. The series begins with Sandra Bullock’s Oscar vehicle The Blind Side and also features E.T. (July 24), City Slickers (Aug. 14), Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (Sept. 18), and Rudy (Oct. 2).
