Twilight fanatics can dress up as their favorite character for a bloody The Twilight Saga: Eclipse Premiere Party on Tues. June 29. The fang-filled fun begins at 3 p.m. at the Mellow Mushroom in Mt. Pleasant. The vampire world comes alive with a fang bar, freaky photo booth, Twilight trivia, live music, a DJ spinning, and more than $5,000 in raffle prizes.
And don’t be afraid to get your blood sucked: The first 15 people to donate blood to the American Red Cross (they’ll have a blood drive on site) will receive a free pass to the midnight movie premiere at the Palmetto Grande Theater. All donors will receive a free cheesy appetizer from Mellow Mushroom to boost their red cell count.
As the night grows dark —and the vamps start coming out — head over to the theater for the opportunity to walk the Black Carpet. Twilight costumes will be judged at 11 p.m.
