Calling all ADD-ridden writers, directors, and actors: Deuce Theatre’s 24-Hour Plays Festival returns Dec. 3 to North Charleston’s South of Broadway Studios.

Pre-production is thrown out the window as six writers, six directors, and 24 actors join forces to write, rehearse, and perform a series of one-act plays in a 24-hour span. Participants meet at 9 p.m. on Dec. 3, receive instructions, then disband. The writers churn out a finished script the next morning, then rehearsing begins until the plays are premiered in the evening.

Think you’re up for it or just want to volunteer for the madness? The registration deadline is Nov. 26; visit here for registration instructions. Don’t worry, novices, all experience levels are welcome.
