Molly Darcy’s, Charleston’s newest Irish pub, celebrates an official grand opening this week with four nights of live music, bar fare, promotional giveaways, and Irish ale and whiskey specials.
Located just north of the Market at 235 East Bay St., the venue holds a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thurs. Nov. 18 at 5:30 p.m. with traditional tavern music from O’Connor & Milne. On Fri. Nov. 19, local oldies band Permanent Vacation plays at 9:30 p.m. The Sneakers band plays a variety of rock, blues, and boogie on Sat. Nov. 20 at 9:30 p.m. Things wind down with Keltic Ties on Sun. Nov. 21 from 2-7 p.m.
