- The Pulse Trio
Upscale Italian restaurant and bar Mercato (102 N. Market St.) made some adjustments to its weekly live jazz lineup. Mercato hosts live acoustic jazz and lounge music seven evenings a week.
On Wednesdays, the jazz/progressive combo Pulse Trio — featuring bassist Ben Wells, drummer Stuart White, and keyboardist Sam Sfirri — perform acoustic jazz, Latin, and funk grooves from 6-10 p.m. (replacing the Cameron Trio).
On Fridays, the Frank Duvall Trio — comprised of pianist Duvall, drummer Dave Patterson, and bassist Wells — play a variety of instrumental jazz from 6-8 p.m. Patterson’s own ensemble welcomes various guest players on Fridays during the second set from 8-10 p.m.
