Current and prospective Best of Broadway season ticket holders are invited to the North Charleston Performing Arts Center on Thurs. June 28 for a Select Your Seat open house.
Demonstrating the perks of buying in advance, the event lets patrons choose exactly where they’ll be sitting throughout the 2011-’12 season, although there’s no guarantee a tall, smelly person won’t select the seat in front of you. The event also includes Broadway music, hors d’oeuvres, a wine tasting, and backstage tours.
Season ticket prices start at $181 and include all four of the shows on the schedule, including In the Heights (Nov. 15-16), Mamma Mia (Dec. 6-8), Mary Poppins (Feb. 1-4), and Wicked (April 18-29).
