In honor of Madra Rua’s ninth anniversary at the Park Circle location on East Montague Avenue, North Charleston Mayor Keith Summey has declared Saturday, March 3, Madra Rua Day. Mayors do this sort of thing all the time, of course, but they rarely make the announcement like this:
