The Windjammer on the Isle of Palms kicks off their annual Bud Light Lime Bikini Bash series with an opening round on the spacious beachfront deck on Sun. May 27 at 5 p.m. with local bar band Brent Pace for Mayor, live DJs, some of “Charleston’s finest bikini-clad ladies,” and radio personalities from co-sponsor 98 Rock.

Contestants must be at least 18 years of age, and no nudity is allowed. The winner of each round gets a $500 cash prize and a chance to go to the finals in August. Charlotte-based party-rock band Blue Monday performs at the club at 10 p.m. after the first round winds down.

Upcoming Bikini Bash entertainment includes performances by the Average Savage, the Corbitt Brothers, and Tropix International Sounds. Check out the-windjammer.com for more.
