The North Charleston Performing Arts Center announced today that stand-up comedian Brian Regan will perform on Sun. Nov. 18.

Praised by critics and peers as one of the top comedians in the country, Regan is known for his scathing sarcasm, hilarious mannerisms, and overall ridiculous depictions of everyday situations. You may have seen him on Comedy Central Presents raving about failed spelling bees, annoying airline debacles, or his imaginary experiences on the moon. Regan has released several DVDs and albums which constantly make iTunes’ Top Ten Comedy Albums, including Hyperbole and Brian Regan Standing Up.

This is Regan’s second visit to the PAC since 2007, when he proved that well-written and well-delivered jokes don’t have to be crude and filthy to be funny. His shows are profanity-free and are generally family friendly. Tickets go up for sale on Fri. Sept. 14 at 10 a.m. and can be found at ticketmaster.com, livenation.com, the Coliseum advance ticket window, or by calling 1-800-745-3000.
