If you haven’t stopped by the salad and sandwich bar before, you’ll find wholesome food in a quick-service setting. Verde stocks four salad bases, five cheese options, and over 20 fruits and veggies in addition to various protein add-ons and 13 dressings that you can pick and choose from. Served tossed, chopped, or wrapped, the nine signature creations on special will satisfy your salad cravings.
Of course, slight alterations can make any of them vegan-friendly, too. One of the most popular options is the Mesa Verde, featuring roasted chicken, avocados, black beans, corn, and tortilla strips with a Chipotle Lime Vinaigrette. Open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. the birthday deal will be good throughout the day.
