Let’s hope you’ve got at least 15 costumes ready if you want to take full advantage of this Weekend Round-up. There are so many Halloween parties and costume contests with big cash prizes that those of you with amazing costume skills could probably quit your day jobs.

Friday. Put on your superhero cape and test your superhuman speed on the International Speed Wall at the Halloween Moonlight Climb. You can also take flight in the high flying dyno contest with prizes available for both contests. Join the Historic Charleston Foundation’s Tour de Graves, where experts will tell ghoulish tales and the Civil War history of Magnolia cemetery. Wasabi is throwing their Brazilian Halloween Night with a pirate theme. Best pirate costume gets a prize, and it’s free to get in before 10:30 p.m. Pantheon’s famous Friday night drag show is taking on a Halloween theme tonight. Break out your sexiest zombie (guess it’s not an oxymoron?) at Market Street Saloon’s Night of the Living Dead Halloween party, a zombie-themed party awarding prizes for the lady who best fits the bill.  Other Halloween costume parties will go down at Hunley’s Tavern, Loggerheads, Mad River, Manhattan’s, O-ku, and Fuji Sushi Bar & Grill.

Saturday. Backporch Storytellers will lead their family-friendly Ghost Walk, packed with spooky tales and creepy legends. Attend Murder at the Monster Bash Mystery Dinner Theatre, an interactive murder mystery dinner theatre and fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphona Society Team-in-Training. Be a part of the inagaural rUNdead 5k, where you can run for your life combating obstacles and of course, zombies. Then, head to the Halloween craziness that is Skinful, where live DJs, ziplines, performers, and of course, scanty Halloween costumes, come together in one big freaky event. Boone’s is doing it up for Halloween with an ice luge on the back patio, a professional  laser light show, and a balloon drop. Craft a group costume and compete at Taco Boy’s Halloween Party and Costume Contest or bring your pup for the dress up your dog category. Other competitions will go down at Back 9 Pub, Big John’s, Carolina Dancesports, Cha Cha’s, Mercury, Wild Wings, and more.

Sunday: Enhance your odds of winning and take your animal friend to Red’s Pet and Owner Masquerade. Best overall costume and pet/owner look-alikes will be awarded prizes.
