Middleton Place welcomed its first spring lamb on Feb. 18, and he’s got everything a little lamb could want — except a name. He’s too darn cute to go anonymous, so Middleton Place is enlisting your help to come up with a name for him, and they’re awarding two admission passes as an incentive. To enter, leave a comment on their blog with your suggestion to enter. You can also win by voting on the top three names on their Facebook page on March 1st, as all voters will be added to a raffle for admission tickets.

With a mom named Winter and a grandmother named Noel, Middleton’s stable workers want something that fits into the snowy weather motif. Warren Cobb over at Middleton Place assured us that getting attached to the fuzzy ram-to-be is a safe emotional investment. “This lamb will stick around the plantation for a long time,” he says. With more than 60 comments on the Middleton Place blog already, readers are flooding the feed with winter-inspired name suggestions for the little guy, from Yule to Jack Frost. If you think you can come up with something better than that, make your submission and save yourself a few dollars for the next time you plan to visit the Middleton Place grounds.
