The Charleston City Paper and The Alley are teaming up to host a fundraiser tonight for the businesses and individuals affected by the April 2 fire that damaged 213 East Bay Street. Local favorites the Brick, Squeeze, Speakeasy, and Club Light were all housed in the building and sustained heavy damage from both fire and water.

The fundraiser is being held at the Alley, and 100 percent of tips, 50 percent of bowling proceeds, and 10 percent of food proceeds will benefit those affected. Caxton Beaty, Return of the Mac, and The Louie D Project have all signed on to play music, and employees of Light, Speakeasy, the Brick, and Squeeze will be guest bartending (so tip nicely, guys).

There will also be four free lanes of bowling for employees, owners, and close friends of the 213 East Bay businesses. The party kicks off at 5 p.m. and it won’t stop till midnight.
