The Charleston Gourmet Burger Co., owned and operated by Chevalo and Monique Wilsondebriano, has become well known for their savory burger marinade, which they use to make up fresh burgers at various farmers markets around town.
Their business and reputation have been quickly building, and now they’re getting a shot at spreading their good-burger gospel on a cooking competition reality show. Filming begins on Monday and culminates with a Citadel Mall appearance on Thursday. The Burger Co. folks are putting out a call for audience members to take part in the taping.
