Summer in Charleston promises ample opportunities for new art viewings and delectable summer dishes from local restaurants. But what if you want to satisfy your palate while at the same time indulging in your passion for the fine arts? That’s what the Palette and Palate Stroll is for.
The Charleston Fine Art Dealers’ Association is hosting their 8th annual stroll on July 19. You’ll stroll the streets of Charleston while making stops at fine art galleries to view their work and sampling unique cuisine and wines from local restaurants.
This year’s gallery and restaurant pairings are Anglin Smith Fine Art with Circa 1886; Corrigan Gallery with Barsa; Dog & Horse Fine Art with Trattoria Lucca; Ella W. Richardson Fine Art with Social; Helena Fox Fine Art with Anson; Horton Hayes Fine Art with Oak; the Sylvan Gallery with Halls Chophouse; Martin Gallery with Tristan; and Robert Lange Studios with Cypress.
Tickets are $45 per person and will benefit the Charleston Fine Art Dealers’ Association’s visual arts scholarship fund. Tickets for the Palette and Palate Stroll can be purchased at www.cfada.com.
