Help emancipate someone’s new best friend by sponsoring an animal in City Paper’s summer Adopt-A-Thon. For just $60 the animal of your choosing from a local shelter will be featured in our June 26th issue, in time to celebrate freedom. Our last Adopt-A-Thon placed 29 sponsored animals in permanent homes within just 3 weeks and generated over $550 for local shelter organizations like the Charleston Animal Society and Pet Helpers.
Sponsored animals receive color picture ads 4 times the size of our normal listings, a $150 value. We drastically reduce the cost of these ads to make them as affordable as possible. The ads are be paid for by people, companies, and organizations sponsoring the animal for adoption and the sponsoring party is featured in the ad alongside the animal. A portion of the cost of sponsorship goes directly to the rescue organization where the animal can be adopted.
Consider sponsoring an animal through your business, in honor of your furry friend, or for the animal lover who already has enough pets.
