Stars’ pastry chef Ross Evans has put together quite an extravagant dessert presentation if this YouTube video is any indication.
Five minutes of smears, dollops, squirts, and crumbles later, you and your tablemates will have a very pretty blueberry dessert. Apparently, this experience is not on the menu, but if you ask for it, you might be able to get it.
I can’t imagine submitting to this myself. I’m usually way too full (and buzzed) to deal with a tedious five-minute dessert presentation, even if it is beautiful and delicious once it’s all done. I would probably have to restrain myself from standing up midway through and smearing it all together like a frustrated toddler. But that’s just me. I’m sure there are plenty of folks out there who find this sort of thing delightful.
