Back in July, the guys from Fiery Ron’s Home Team BBQ braved the Texas heat and went on a three-day barbecue binge. They sent us some updates of their experience for the Eat blog, but the most exciting result of their trip will surely be the beef brisket they’ll be serving up this Saturday night at the Alley.
For the Smokin’ Saturday event, they’ll be selling brisket for $15.95 per pound. You can also get it in a platter with two sides for $16.95 or on a sandwich with a side for $13.95.
If their reports from the road are any indication, these guys were truly inspired by what they ate in Texas, and we can’t wait to get a taste for ourselves.
