For the past month, we’ve been carefully navigating our way through the latest Swig Bar Guide, stopping to help ourselves to samples of the drinks on every last page. Needless to say, it’s been a long few. In the meantime, you fine people chose yourselves the city’s hottest bartender and burliest bouncer.
