We were pretty bummed when downtown lost its Blockbuster, but we were probably the only ones who still rented DVDs. But when we heard it was going to be replaced by a liquor store, we didn’t mind so much, especially with free wine tastings every Friday. Pence’s Liquor and Wine opened in May, but they’re celebrating their official grand opening with a party tonight from 5-7 p.m. Swing by 334 E. Bay St. to join in the festivities with a party sponsored by Möet Chandon with wine tastings and food to go around.
