March 2015 will mark the 10th anniversary of the Charleston Wine + Food Festival, and though it’s months away, tongues are already wagging. Will the decade jubilee live up to past festival standards? Can the fest’s newcomer team pull it off? No pressure, of course. We’ll get an idea Wed. Aug. 27 when 2015 festival tickets officially go on sale at the “Party @ the Powerhouse” event.
This year’s launch party will be held at the historic Power House in North Charleston, a former electrical plant on the Navy Yard and promises a culinary combination of “Charleston’s most esteemed chefs and our food truck community.” Launch tickets go on sale online on Mon. July 28.
