It’s official, CP reviewer Eric Doksa is clairvoyant. Scratch Taco Boutique has closed. NostraDoksa predicted it in his December 2013 review writing:
“Unfortunately, despite the promise of the margaritas, the food falters. Scratch aims to bring us fresh tacos by making everything in-house using locally sourced ingredients. But proper menu execution is a key success factor, and at Scratch, there’s no hiding the bad behind the words “locally sourced.”
We’re told the owner of Scratch is taking six weeks to remodel the building into a new concept. The owner, however, could not be reached for comment at this time.
