A few days before its big opening later this week, Chef Craig Deihl gave us an early look inside the brand new Artisan Meat Share shop at 33 Spring Street.

Deihl, the executive chef at Cypress, has run his CSA-style concept for meat, satisfying in-the-know Charleston charcuterie-lovers for years. So, we can only hope that the new brick-and-mortar location between King and St. Philip Streets will open up the possibilities even more for Deihl, who already has a cooler packed with some killer-looking cuts.
