On October 23, the Music Farm will open its doors to host a battle of the bands benefitting the Lowcountry Food Bank. Unlike most battle of the bands, the night is designed to raise awareness about the hunger that exists right here in Charleston. Attendees can munch on free pizza and hamburger sliders while listening to music by South Strand Band, Headrush, NOTA, Spazmatics, and Glam Nation. Sip on $3 Holy City Chucktown Follicle Brown and $4 Jack Daniels to make the evening even saucier. Tickets are only $10., and the show starts at 6 p.m.
