The Mountain Soul Vocal Competition, a unique contest that honors the songwriting of Dolly Parton, is currently accepting entries until April 8.
Singers everywhere can submit a cover of one of Parton’s songs in a chance to win cash and prizes, including a recording session in Nashville.
Finalists will perform on the Sound Biscuit Productions Stage during the competition finals at the Bloomin’ Barbeque & Bluegrass event in Sevierville, Parton’s hometown, on May 16.
