SUSTO and Johnny Delaware will release a seven-inch split vinyl together April 8 at Redux Studios (136 St. Philip St.) during Hearts & Plugs’ five-week Redux residency.

The record will feature four tracks, including a Calypso version of “Black Jesus” from SUSTO, plus a newer song, “Circle Fountain Medley.” Delaware will release a song for this ex, “Time,” plus the track “Truth,” which he wrote while meditating on an acid trip.

SUSTO, Hermit’s Victory, and Delaware joined the local label’s roster back in January. Additionally, Delaware has rejoined SUSTO as a full-time member, so he’s laying off his solo project for the time being to focus his energy on the band as they prepare for SXSW.
