Warehouse is opening a second restaurant and it promises dogs, tots, waffles, and ice cream. The latest from owners James B. Groetzinger and Joey Rinaldi, new restaurant Parlor Deluxe will open at 207 A St. Philip St. in the former Sweet Radish Bakeshop

The idea, according to a press release, is to offer Cannonborough/Elliotborough a modern take on a soda fountain-meets-sweet shop. A place where “all your sweet and salty dreams come true…” To make that magic happen, Warehouse Chef Emily Hahn will head up the kitchen and David Schnell of Brown’s Court Bakery will collaborate on the ice cream program.

We first got word of the project at Charleston Wine + Food Festival when a giddy Groetzinger spilled the beans. With the success of Warehouse, the owner told us the time and the neighborhood felt right for this second enterprise. Parlor Deluxe will open early this summer.
