While our reviewer Eric Doksa wasn’t impressed with the food, writing, “In a town that’s surrounded by farms providing amazing produce, there’s really no reason to resort to “faux this” and “faux that” — we appreciated owner Paris Evans attempt at a unique concept, carrying on the tradition of this address, previously home to Fifth Element-esque L.I.F.E. Bar. One can only hope the next tenant can marry that same spirit of creativity — Czech-Canadian fusion? — with great cuisine.
