The oven is hot and the 14-inch slices are ready at new pizza place Benny Palmetto’s. The restaurant, owned by CofC grads Erin and Adam Haselkorn, officially opens today at 433 W. Coleman Blvd. next to Coleman Public House.
Benny Palmetto’s is the latest location for the Virginia-based Benny’s franchise. The newest pie outfitter to hit Coleman — joining Andolini’s and La Pizzeria — Erin says Benny’s is different in that they only offer by the slice or 28″ pies. Those options come in cheese ($4.5/ $32), pepperoni ($5.5/ $38), and sliced sausage ($5.5/ $38) with two specials each month. For March the specials are buffalo chicken ($5.5/ $38) and garlic mushroom ($.5.50/ $38).
Benny Palmetto’s hours are Sun. – Thurs., 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and Fri. – Sat. 11 a.m. – 1 a.m.
