Chef Nate Whiting and team have broken the dishes into From the Sea, From the Land, Pasta & Grains, and Field & Garden. The division reminds us a bit of the opening menu at Spring Street’s Cannon Green that featured Garden, Water, and Pasture choices. But unlike Cannon Green’s first menu that featured swordfish for $28 and a Brasstown Beef Medallion dish for $30, nothing on 492’s Mon. April 6 menu exceeds $16.
