Local self-proclaimed “Disney grunge” act Heyrocco dropped its new album Teenage Movie Soundtrack today via all major outlets, including iTunes.
The trio has released several singles from the album over the past year, including “Mom Jeans” and “Melt,” and a streaming version of the album debuted last week on the site, Culture Collide. We picked up a bootleg copy at a show last summer, and it quickly burned its infectious ’90s grunge-pop into our grateful little brains.
Just back from blazin’ up Amsterdam and other Euro and UK cities, Heyrocco will open for Broncho on Thurs. June 18 at the Pour House. Welcome home, guys.
