If the king of twee himself, esteemed Hollywood writer-director Wes Anderson, had created the Harbor Course at Wild Dunes on IOP, it would look less like a traditional course and more like a miniature golf course with painstakingly designed, hand-crafted features and nearly Rube Goldberg-esque holes.
