Woo boy, the plans for Raven Cliff Company’s Pacific Box & Crate development keep getting more interesting. Today’s tenant announcement: Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co. The restaurant’s freestanding brewery will join Michael Shemtov’s “fancy food court” and real estate software company BoomTown at 1505 King St. Extension when the development opens in 2017.

Edmund’s Oast says that the brewery will produce a wide variety of beers in cans, bottles, and kegs. In addition, there will be a taproom for tastings and to-go purchases and a kitchen.

According to a press release, “Geoff Marquardt will oversee an in-house kitchen, and taproom patrons will be able to select food options from a small but thoughtful menu. Cameron Read will take the lead on the brewing operations for the project, as well as maintain his role overseeing Edmund’s Oast brewpub in-house brewery.”
