Pearlz in Avondale hosts their first oyster roast of the New Year from 2-5 p.m. with four shucking tables, music from Sunflowers and Sin, and drink specials like $3 mimosas, $4 sangrias, and $1.50 High Life cans.

Chill out from the holidays with a zen meditation group at Holy Cow Yoga from 7:45-10:15 a.m.

The New Year is all about balance — find yours with Bendy Brewski Yoga at Holy City Brewing from 10 a.m.-noon. Reward yourself with a flight of beer.

This is the last night to catch James Island County Park’s festival of lights, with gates opening at 5:30 p.m.

It ain’t Sunday Phunday until the Phish cover band plays. Runaway Gin takes the PoHo stage at 6 p.m. for two full (and free) sets.
