The flurries in the sky this morning were a dark omen. It appears this winter storm has gotten the better of the Comedy Fest headliners as we’ve learned that T.J. Miller has also had to cancel due to weather.
“It will be rescheduled though, so there is a silver lining,” says Theatre 99’s Brandy Sullivan. “Both the T.J. Miller and Todd Barry show are going to happen, just not tomorrow.”
Ticket holders were sent the following message:
Hello:
We are so sorry to send this, but T.J. Miller’s flight is unable to get to Charleston because of the big blizzard.
His show on Saturday night (January 23) at 10:00 p.m. is canceled. You will receive a full refund.
The good news is that we will be rebooking the show in the next couple of months and we will be sure to let you know when the date is set.
On the bright side, you can still get tickets for a handful of other hilarious acts tonight:
AirWolf / McQueen (Theatre 99)
Reformed Whores (Woolfe Street Playhouse)Underwear Comedy Party (Woolfe Street Playhouse)
