Speaking of people who have been on Top Chef, Ludo Lefebvre will be here next week. Lefebvre, an influential Los Angeles chef who was on Top Chef Masters seasons 1 and 2 owns L.A.’s Trois Mec and Petit Trois which was recently named a 2015 James Beard finalist for Best New Restaurant, and he’s making a guest appearance at Le Creuset’s L’Atelier on Wed. March 30.

The $65 event includes a wine pairing, a copy of Lefebvre’s cookbook, Crave, and a  multiple-course tasting “with individual omelette demo.” Why omelettes? Probably because they’re amazing. LA Weekly’s Besha Rodell called it, “the best omelette I have ever had.
