King Street’s most far-reaching store, ibu, which sources products from all over the world, has teamed up with Zero George just in time for Spoleto, to create a cocktail inspired by the store’s use of bright and vibrant fabrics. The IBU is made with tequila, St. Germain, aperol with a habanero-infused simple syrup, club soda, and lime.
A portion of the drink’s proceeds will benefit Aid to Artisan, a non-profit that creates opportunities for low-income artisans around the world. Zero George serves the drink now until the end of June, so swing by for a taste.
