Each time I’ve visited Church Street’s goat.sheep.cow. this past year, I’ve bugged owners Trudi Wagner and Patti Floersheimer about the status of their forthcoming NoMo location. “It’s coming” or “We’re working on it,” was the typical response, but today we finally have a better estimate of when NoMo-ites will be able to get their hands on Buffalo Gorgonzola, Asher Blue, and Tomme de Chevre without going South of Broad.

According to the shop’s newsletter, goat.sheep.cow. will open its Upper Meeting Street location (just beside Tattooed Moose) in October.

“At last, we will have a wine and coffee bar, complete with a larger retail space and much more cheese, charcuterie and wines to choose from. Our grab and go lunch, a staple down South, is coming to the NoMo side of town! Not to mention, you’ll be able to sit down with a glass of wine and one of our signature cheese and charcuterie plates,” write Wagner and Floersheimer in the letter.

We’ll report more on the 804 Meeting St. shop as details emerge.
